By accessing or using Crypteers ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Crypteers is an AI-powered cryptocurrency market analysis platform that provides predictive signals, sentiment analysis, price alerts, and backtesting tools. All content is generated algorithmically and is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Crypteers offers Free, Pro, and Elite subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days from the initial purchase date.
• Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the period end.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. No Financial Advice

Crypteers does not hold any financial services licence. The signals, predictions, and analyses provided are generated by machine-learning models and reflect historical patterns only. Past model performance does not guarantee future results. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult a licensed financial adviser before making any investment or trading decisions. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on content from the Service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content without prior written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Share, resell, or sublicense API keys or account access to third parties.
• Use automated scripts to exceed plan rate limits or circumvent access controls.
• Transmit malware, spam, or any content that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, models, and software on the Service are owned by or licensed to Crypteers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. No licence to our IP is granted beyond what is expressly stated here.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypteers and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crypteers and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Sections 6, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
